This module includes:

  • 15 templates (supporting documents)
  • 1 video (walking you through the documents)

In this module, we’ll discuss how to have a well-functioning human resources system. Proper management of human resources helps to create a positive work environment and to avoid costly and unnecessary employee turnover. The tools and techniques shared in this video are tailored toward grocery stores but could be applicable to a host of other business types.

When running a grocery store, turnover in your staff can feel like the very last thing you need. This video contains a package of tools aimed at helping minimize turnover and helping employees to find a place within your organization where they can stay, grow, and develop – long term. Good human resources management means that the training you invest into your staff will pay off for years to come, saving you valuable time and money.

This video looks primarily at the human resources concepts document but we’ll cover the rest of the templates as we go. There are extra templates available for this module in order to offer an abundance of ideas! The amount of time, effort, and resources that you want to put into your human resources management is a strategic business decision for you to make.
