In this third module, we’ll cover refrigeration and certifications, food safety, beer/tobacco, and HACCP plans. Refrigeration is absolutely integral to the entire process of opening and operating a grocery store and needs to be considered in nearly every facet of your operations. Learn the basic necessities of refrigeration and food safety in a grocery store plus some pitfalls to avoid and advice for best practices.
