FEAST Tool Kit

Welcome to the FEAST Toolkit, produced by the Kansas Rural Center (KRC). After co-coordinating Kansas in fall 2012, KRC compiled this collection of documents to support other communities in planning their own FEAST or FEAST-like events.

As detailed in the Planning Manual, FEAST is an Oregon Food Bank designed model for community organizing around food, education, and agriculture. This toolkit includes a Planning Manual offered by the Oregon Food Bank, an image of the food banks official FEAST logo, and a number of KRC-created support documents. The KRC-created documents are open for use by the general public. However, the Oregon Food Bank does wish to be kept abreast of any persons or groups planning to use the FEAST logo or title in event promotions. Their Planning Manual includes a document for event planners to submit, indicating their use of the FEAST event format.
