  • Rick Weigel, owner of Wilson Foods in Wilson, KS. Rick was born into the grocery business, helping out his family's grocery store from the age of 14. He has owned 3 grocery stores, and is currently the owner of Wilson Foods. He has a great knowledge of the industry and boasts a better profit margin than the industry standard. Rick and his wife Janel have three children, and love spending time with their grandchildren.

  • Stacie Schmidt, Executive Director of Ellsworth County Economic Development. Stacie has a love for living rural, and a passion for promoting community and leadership development. Stacie has a background in hospitality, and has found her footing as the ECED director in access to capital, grant writing, networking, marketing, and matching people with opportunity. Stacie is a single mom of two, Britain, 17, and Brooklyn, 11, and loves supporting them in their extracurricular activities.
